I am off skiing and doing what I love- being active to celebrate this day! How do you celebrate Valentines day! Being active is always my favorite way to start the day, even on a holiday or a birthday!
For me the play list and the music in a class are always the most important! I can run for hours music free but in a class the tunes are all I think about! So for Valentine’s Day I wanted to share my new favorite playlist and 2 quick workouts with you! First off the workout!

Do 30 of each of these exercises, then move onto the next exercise for 30 more. Repeat the cycle of 4 as many times as you can in 10 mins.
Burpees ( 30)
Donkey Kicks (30)
Wall Taps (30)
Sit Ups (30)
Repeat as many times as you can in 10 mins. Grab some water and when your ready start round 2.
Squat to Mule Kicks ( 30)
Plank Climbers ( 30)
Butt Kicks (30)
Plank Swivels (30)
Repeat as many times as you can in 10 mins.
Repeat round one again if you want!
