I can not believe it’s already Wednesday wow time really does fly when you are a busy busy bee!
This past weekend is an annual girls weekend we go up to Sunday River in Maine to ski, relax, and enjoy! It was a blast like every year, but it was cold! On Saturday the feels like read -47 no joke! But we were determined “MIND OVER MATTER” and lasted 10 runs before one us of almost lost a toe 🙂

It wasn’t that we did crazy hard things we just did things that all “matched up” and burned my body up in the best way possible! We were doing Box Jumps and then in between you did donkey kicks, separate these two are not so hard, but together they burned my legs up! Next time you only have a limited time in the gym but want maximum burn try these matched together. Try in cycles of 6- 20 seconds on doing the first exercise 10 seconds “rest” doing the second exercise:
Push Ups, Plank Walk Outs
Sit Ups, Flutter Kicks
Squat Holds, Squat Pulses
Box Jumps, Donkey Kicks
Yesterday was my first day back at work, and Tuesday’s are typically longer for me (I teach two classes on Tuesdays and like to workout myself, so that’s about 3+ hours in the gym already). Yesterday I also covered another class and I was TIRED last night. Recovery is so so so IMPORTANT! We push our bodies to the max, and then forget to fuel them.
