Today is little T Man’s 1st Birthday! He was the best thing to start 2015 off, and he still makes us all smile and laugh everyday! If you ever need a dose of baby giggles this kid will supply them! His favorite things are:
Playing with his siblings
Eating Cherrio’s and yogurt
Waving “Bye Bye”
We haven’t crawled yet, or walked, but I think 2016 will be our year! I love you more then you will ever know little man, thank you for being one of the best things to happen to our family!
Lately I have been STRESSED! and I hate it, I have been trying to BALANCE it all and its been nearly impossible…between a 5 am gym class, business meetings and the holidays I had a few I NEED TO QUIT LIFE moments. Luckily I have some amazing people that helped me through, and made me see that I am sometimes my own worst enemy, my work ethic can get the best of me, and I need to try to take it down a notch in area’s that don’t deserve that much mental energy, and increase in area’s that make me happy. I am also setting “business hours” for myself, so I am not working non stop, but the hours I am being compensated for. Question: If you work from home, part time/ full time, how do you balance not working 24 hours a day? Hence, trying this whole yoga thing in 2016…class #2 of the year…so far so good…
Not an ugly studio at all right…Makes you feel slightly relaxed already! I have a hard time in yoga with the whole “honor yourself” but I do like the teachers, it makes my mind calm, and it makes me breath. I have also been focusing on those greens and staying healthy! And when you have a smoothie buddy what is better!
Finally…songs…what are your new favorites…I love off the path better ones.. like this guy…
