Also on a completely side not, I am not wearing a winter coat still, because I am slowly protesting winter. I LOVE winter when it is here for the snow and skiing and holiday’s, but the whole adjustment to it’s arrival is scaring me a little, ha so I am dragging my feet accepting it’s coming.

Feels like Summer here…

WOW it really feels like summer here in Boston these past few days! It is going to be 72 today and it’s mid October, that’s just craziness but I will take it. It’s also nice enough that it’s not sweaty summer hot, but nice summer fall hot, does that make sense? ha.
Yesterday’s workout was a running focused class at Bootcamp, and boy did we run, we did stairs, hills ( forward and backwards), and more running.

At A’s wedding this weekend they had these Tattoo’s and yes mine is still going strong, I sort of love it, ha but I am not a tattoo person, but this gold/ silver one is just enough for me.

I had seen a few different Items on their blog and other peoples blogs and noted in my note to my stylist what I liked and I got three of the pieces I asked for- holly awesome! I LOVE the jacked, and skirt!
Speaking of Love, Tuesday nights are my date night with J man, and last night we did burgers and fries, yes please!

We went to U Burger and you can get any salad with a buger or a veggie burger on top, so this pleases the little man and I both! I eat his fries to help balance the salad ha.

A Sweaty, Grassy Workout!

This am’s workout was a great one for all levels. it’s called, yellow, green, red. Yellow is 50% max, Green is 75% and Red is 100% effort. Pick three exercise say Burpees, Lunge Jumps, and Sit Ups, you will do each in a row for three rounds. First round is yellow round do all three at 50% effort, next round 75% effort and the last round 100% effort. You can do them for any time duration I did 25 seconds this morning.
