IT is POURING rain here,legit it is down-pouring here in Boston. But at least it is cooling off a little right? This morning in the humidity the sweat way pouring off of me. It looked like someone was pouring water over my head. One of my friends said she wanted to snap a picture because it looked so intense the amount of sweat I was dripping. That mean’s it’s time to HYDRATElike a fish, drink, drink and drink some more! If you don’t love plain water, try setzer water, or NUUN or SKRATCH!

If you hydrate the day before a workout, your body will be more prepared to take a beating and will not fatigue as quickly. Not saying your workout will be easier, but you will not feel at fatigued if you hydrated properly. I “reward” my work outs with new ITUNES purchases. Small motivation goes a long way for myself and these “treats” help me push it during a tough workout! Also I always remind myself I am like a Tube of Toothpastetoothpaste always has a little extra in it, you just need to “squeeze it out”. Just like yourself in a tough workout, you sometimes need to just push the extra effort! It’s there, you just need to push it.
So here is the Wednesday Beach Body Workout for you! It’s a tough one, and has a decent amount of running in it, so get ready for a beat down. It’s worth it I promise! And you’re hydrating as you read this right? So your totally ready to conquer it!
