…oh Boston Marathon 2015, I can’t wait to see your starting line in 3 short weeks! Last 12 miler this weekend. I have not done any hills or speed training, my schedule has been a beautiful mess this year, but I am excitied to be there and run it! Speaking of running last night I got to hang with the crew over at ASIC’s on Newbury St. We went for a run along the Charles and when we got back I leg some leg strengthening exercises, some core conditioning and some runner specific stretching. 1. Check out their run club it’s a blast, the people are so fun, and you get a great run in ( Wednesday’s 6:30pm from their store). 2. The new running appeal for women is such fun! Like how great is this Jacket or this tank!

You guys know I LOVE STITCH FIX…and then I saw this post and this Jacket and I knew I needed to request it in my next fix! Also my sister sent me these photo’s of T and J today, and I legit just can’t stop looking at them ha, they are really the best little guys around! Something about sibling love that I just LOVE.

How is your day going? Today I taught 2 tread tabata’s in the am, headed to work for a full day at the office, hoping to get a workout in at 5pm, another class tonight ( Cardio X), and then a Tread Tabata ( but I get to take this one :)).

What are your EASTER plans? Passover Plans? We are skiing Saturday, Hunting for Eggs, Dinner and Church on Sunday.
How are you moving this week? Lot’s and Lot’s of classes this week, and demo’s!
How are you being HEALTHY this week? I try and drink a full class of water before I do ANYTHING in the morning, less coffee and more sleep!
