I thought I was pretty clever with that title right? ha. Okay only me laughing it’s okay, I laugh at my own jokes all the time. After this weekends Reach the Beach and 20 plus miles of running with an American Flag I realized how much I use my arms and abs/ core when I run. I was up to a 5 min plank this summer, but stooped and am now getting back on the plank wagon.
A great starting point for doing planks is to start with a small amount of time and increase daily. You can do something like a 30 day Plank Challenge, or you can just add time on your own. Below is a sample challenge that is a fantastic way to make sure you work on your core everyday!

Also random but do you have a favorite day of the week? Mine Lately has been Tuesday nights because it’s date night for Little J and I. We typically try and do something new and fun in the City. This week we went to Fenway Park and had Ice Cream for dinner with chocolate milk. It was a perfect night. He’s an adorable date and takes our date nights very seriously, not the collared shirt he picked out. Melts. My. Heart.
